PlayAssist provides in-game services, including but not limited to, rank boosting, coaching, item farming, and PvE content completion. All services are performed by professional players without the use of cheats, bots, or any third-party software that would violate the terms of service of the respective game.
3. User Responsibilities
By placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for the service, including account credentials.
- Refrain from accessing your game account for the duration of the service unless you have scheduled a specific time with our support team.
- Acknowledge that you are the rightful owner of the game account and have the authority to grant us access.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- If we are unable to start your order within 48 hours of the agreed-upon start time.
- If the service delivered is significantly not as described.
Partial refunds may be issued based on the progress of the service at the time of the cancellation request. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the terms have been violated by the user.
5. Limitation of Liability
PlayAssist is not responsible for any disciplinary action, including account suspension or ban, taken against your account by the game's developer. While we take extensive precautions to ensure account safety, the use of our services is at your own risk. In no event shall PlayAssist, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
